I checked with Thule and they have their WingBar Evo Roof Rack part numbers # TH711200 and # TH710401 as a confirmed fit which will work great. This doesn't use a rubber strap to secure to the raised rails of your 2003 Audi Allroad Quattro either like you mentioned.
